Alejandro Pena joined the company as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Although he was not the first person to join the company, his efforts have been instrumental in making every aspect of it profitable and successful, ultimately securing his current position as CEO.
His professional engineering experience includes being Operations Manager for Planning and Project Management at Samsung S.A., Chile, Chief Executive Officer at Keter Group, and President at César Villarroel Foundation. He is also a member of the board of directors at CONESUR SAI, an Academic Coordinator in the Engineering Economy Management Department, and a member of the Government Commission on Innovation to drive social development in Latin America.
Alejandro has been with Keter since he joined as a sales representative and became its Sales Director upon leaving the company. He was promoted to V.P. of Sales & Marketing, where he served until he was asked to become CEO.His professional experience has allowed him to establish himself as one of the most successful entrepreneurs. He has successfully raised capital and established Keter as a global company.
While in his role as V.P. of Sales & Marketing and through his extensive knowledge in supply chain management and operations, Keter established the first ever factory in Asia – China. Companies like L.G., Samsung, and Chrysler have benefited from this innovative step.
