Don Manifold is a seasoned merger, acquisitions, and divestment advisor with over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. He deeply understands businesses, focusing on strategic business development, private equity transactions, and merger implementation for buyers and sellers in Adelaide. His knowledge includes securities law, accounting principles, and valuation techniques.

Don Manifold graduated from Washington State University with a BBA in Finance, earning the Haskins Woodward Award for graduating at the top of his class. He earned his MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis before joining First Southwest Company as Chief Financial Officer. He held various leadership positions until 2016, when he began working as an advisor. In addition to being a licensed CPA, Manifold is certified as a valuation professional and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Manifold has worked with large and small companies across multiple industries during his career. He has conducted over 500 M&A transactions, with most deals occurring in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. He is a strategic advisor to CEOs and Boards of Directors.
